Changing Room Policy
At SwimHub, we provide three clearly signposted changing rooms to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all:
-
Ladies’ Changing Room: Largest room
-
Men’s Changing Room: Medium-sized room
-
Small/Unisex Changing Room: Suitable for anyone, or for those who prefer extra privacy
Guidelines for Parents and Children:
-
Children age 8 and over who can change independently should do so without a parent in the changing area.
-
Children under 8 who need assistance should use the changing area corresponding to the sex of the accompanying parent or guardian.
-
If you feel uncomfortable using the main changing rooms, you may use the small changing room or bathroom. Please be mindful of others who may also need access.
We ask all parents and guardians to follow these guidelines to ensure a safe, respectful, and stress-free environment for everyone at SwimHub.
Safety and Rules:
-
Pool safety: Please stay behind the barrier along the poolside for your safety and to avoid distracting swimmers and instructors
-
Coaching policy: Trust our qualified instructors and please do not coach your own child—we have extensive experience across all types of swim teaching
-
Emergency readiness: First aid, pool rescue trained, and defibrillator access (located at Unit 7, key on the changing room wall)
